It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Svetla on February 25, 2026 — beloved wife, mother, colleague, and co-founder of our company “Vector-Bul” LTD.
From their school years to the establishment of their own engineering practice, Svetla and Margarit walked side by side for more than five decades. In 2002, Margarit Jiponov, Svetla Jiponova and Mario Tsvetkov laid the foundations of the company, built upon professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.
Svetla contributed to the development of numerous infrastructure projects — railway lines, roads, bridges, and tunnels — yet her greatest achievement remains the family she nurtured with love and dedication.
Her children, Lubomir and Elena, graduated in the same field of Transportation Civil Engineering and now continue the company’s development with renewed strength, professional continuity, and deep respect for the values upon which it was built.
Her honesty, dedication, and humanity will remain a guiding foundation of our work.
Svetla will continue to be part of everything we build moving forward.
